Where does gangsta anime leave off

What chapter of Gangsta should I read after I finished the anime?. Gangsta (manga) - Wikipedia. I wonder if at some point Manglobe and Murase-sensei assumed this series was getting 13 episodes, and their budget was cut late in the game. I did expect at least some effort to tie up the story and stop in a place that felt like an actual stop.
